SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Delivery time ranges between 1-2 days after dispatch for Mumbai and 3-5 days for the rest of India. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at artemes.ind@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be pleased with your INERO purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns and exchange policy.

We recommend that you carefully read the product descriptions, specifications, and reviews before making a purchase to ensure that the product meets your expectations. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, and we are here to assist you. Please review the following details regarding our policy:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assess the situation. Upon verification, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, such as a replacement.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our home fragrance products. This policy ensures that you receive products that are fresh, unused, and in their original condition.

  3. Incorrect Orders: In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the incorrect item and arranging for a replacement.
